ok, i won't pretend to know what the problem is but i ifnd the game rarely works when installed the first time. try uninstalling everything, installing black and white, downloading patch 1.2, starting a game to see it's working, then installing creature isle. if you start playing creature isle before you've chosen a creature though you'll automatically get the ape, so you might wanna either 1

Specs: OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit, 6.1.7601, Service Pack 1 Build I have seen white-ish, green, pink, and others. Oddly, the computer does not crash when playing Dragon Age: Inquisition (through Origin) or Dark Souls 3 to work by running it in Compatibility Mode (Windows XP Service Pack 2).
